The terms, without the fog.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the QAShift website and services. By submitting a form, starting a pilot, or using the service, you agree to them. A paid engagement is additionally governed by your order form and Master Services Agreement (MSA), which prevail over these terms where they conflict.

The 30-day pilot is free and requires no credit card. It includes a defined scope of test coverage delivered with a named engineer. Founding-cohort slots are limited and offered at our discretion. Either party may end the pilot at any time; you keep every test we have committed to your repository.

QAShift generates and maintains automated tests and verifies their results. AI produces the suite; a human engineer reviews generated tests before they merge and re-runs failures before they reach your report. We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but testing reduces risk — it does not guarantee that software is defect-free.

You are responsible for the access you grant, the accuracy of the staging environments and test accounts you provide, and for your own production deployment decisions.

Every test we write is committed to your repository and is your property from the moment it is committed. The tests run in your CI without any QAShift dependency. If you leave, you keep the asset — you lose only the ongoing verification service.

The QAShift name, website, brand, and underlying platform remain our property. Nothing here transfers our intellectual property to you.

Pricing for paid plans is published on our site and fixed for the term of your contract. Invoices are due as stated on the order form. Add-ons (e.g. Performance, Security) and tests beyond your plan are billed at the published rates. You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing month, with no termination fees.

You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to test systems you do not own or have permission to test, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to resell the service without our written consent.

The website and any free pilot are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. For paid services, our total liability is limited as set out in your MSA, and absent an MSA, to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your MSA states otherwise. We may update these terms; the date below reflects the current version, and material changes affecting active customers will be emailed.
